Paid features are processed through Fungies.io. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. You are responsible for understanding the billing terms presented at the time of purchase. We do not store any payment information ourselves; please review Fungies.io’s privacy policies for details.
6. Disclaimer
Fifty Shades of Play is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the service's functionality, reliability, or availability. Use of the app is at your own risk. The app is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, or otherwise).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JS Technologies (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the app or website.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.
